Refund & Return Policy We want you to be happy with your purchase. Return window: You can return a guitar or instrument within 15 days of receiving it. Conditions: The item must be in the same condition as received (no modifications to the instrument, electronics, or setup). It must be returned in the original protected packaging. All accessories and documents must be included. Refund process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. We deduct: The original shipping costs 14% for credit card fees, administration, and packaging costs Exceptions: Custom orders or instruments modified after purchase are non-refundable.
